What happens if my product doesn't fit?

We're sorry to hear about this sizing issue, please contact us so we can begin an exchange for a better fitting product.

How can I get a refund or exchange?

We work hard so that all our clients are satisfied with their order. Please contact us within 30 days of your order arriving so we can resolve any issue.

What happens if my package gets lost? (My order hasn't arrived.)

We ship our items using USPS tracking, if your order hasn't arrived, we'll check the tracking information. If the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement order.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We are very dedicated to client care. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged package so we can resolve the issue.

Please send your message any time of day. We respond to our clients as soon as possible. Our standard business hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Eastern Time).

How much is shipping?

Free shipping for any order exceeds $25.  Orders under $25 will be charged by weight.

Who will deliver my order?

Our orders ship with US Postal Service. Small items ship USPS First Class Package with tracking. Large orders ship USPS Priority with tracking.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our packing and handling time is 2 days for standard products, and 3 days for custom products. USPS Shipping is typically 2 to 4 days to the Continental US. Please allow extra time during the holiday season and for orders outside of the Continental US.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship anywhere with a USPS ZIP Code. Please allow a little extra time for deliveries outside of the Continental US.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. We ship anywhere with a USPS ZIP Code. Please allow a little extra time for deliveries outside of the Continental US.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and other US territories?

Yes. We love helping clients in US Territories. We ship USPS First Class Package & Priority Mail. Please allow extra time for shipping.

On the details page for each sized item, we have an accurate size chart. Please view the chart for that item. In the event that you get a product that doesn't fit well, please contact us within 30 days, so we can exchange it for a product that is a better fit.
